With the lifting of international travel restrictions imposed during the Covid-19 pandemic saw a major boost in demand for Japanese student visits to Western Australia. They reached out to us for support to continue to grow their business that specialises in educational tours for student exchange programs.

Their aim was to gain more traction with the private school system in order to onboard new schools to host tours. In order to achieve this goal, they needed marketing material to share with senior decision-makers within the school system.

We worked with this client to develop a clear understanding of their proposition and its value to schools. Having shaped this concept, we drew on our communication and storytelling skills to prepare a compelling pitch document suitable for professional printing and electronic distribution.

Our communications approach involved teasing out the services provided and the opportunities available for local students, and understanding perceptions of the program held by school representatives.

It became apparent to our team that a promotional booklet, with key messaging specifically targeting local schools would assist Gold Educational Tours to achieve their aims and demystify the process for schools considering hosting international students.

The result was a selection of informative infographics, which were presented in a visually appealing A4 booklet, provided to Gold Educational Tours in both a digital and print-ready format.

Gold Educational Tours has since used this promotional material to connect with several schools and to promote their offering in various conference packs. Working with our team also highlighted to this business the importance of clear and targeted messaging. We continue to work with this client on various projects to hone their messaging and meet specific business objectives.
